The sale part of this deal was good. The salesman any all of our questions and we ended up purchasing our new hot tub that day. One of the reasons we did purchase that day (we really weren’t planning on buying that day) was because the salesman (I can’t remember his name) told us that somebody from the store would be following up with us to make sure we didn’t have any questions, and to make sure we knew how to work the chemicals. I thought that is a nice touch that the store follows up on every sale. We’ve had the tub for going on 3 weeks now and it’s a good thing that I do have hot tub experience because nobody from the store has followed up with us.

Kelli and Max are excellent. They gave us amazing service and are super helpful whenever we have questions. We spoke to many different spa places and Caldera was by far the best. They are always our choice for any and all of our spa needs.

I am pleasantly surprised that I was able to get the water balanced, clean, and clear after being gone for one month and having no weekly chemicals put in. To top it off, this water has been in my spa for 14 months! Carol, a million thanks for recommending such a wonderful, high quality swim spa. Most sales people forget you after you buy, but Carol has really gone above and beyond.
